OUR PROCESS and FAQ
BEFORE WE START
For still 3D renderings, our standard delivery typically ranges from 2 to 7 days. We provide high-quality 2K or 4K resolution for both exterior and interior perspectives. Should your project require ultra-high resolution (8K or above), particularly for large-scale print applications like banners, please notify us immediately so we can plan accordingly.
When it comes to animations, we offer three standard resolution choices: 1080p, 2K, and 4K. For an optimal balance of visual quality and cost-effectiveness, we generally recommend 2K. Please anticipate a production timeframe of approximately 1 to 3 weeks for each minute of high-quality animation. If your project demands a customized resolution, we are happy to discuss your specific requirements and explore available options.
PROCESS
We have developed a streamlined process to deliver high-quality 3D architectural visualizations that bring your designs to life. Our approach ensures clarity, efficiency, and collaboration at every stage.
BRIEF
We need to agree on what work we'll do. We have simple PDF files, called briefs, that you can download and fill out. These briefs are lists of the tasks involved. The more details you provide in the brief, the better we can deliver exactly what you need, on time.
Also, please know that all the sections in the PDF are just suggestions – you don't have to fill them all. Don't worry if some sections don't apply to your project or if you're unsure how to answer – just share what you can. Feel free to send us your ideas in any way that works for you, like mood boards, photos, or even simple hand-drawn sketches. These references really help us understand what you're looking for and how much work will be involved.

What We Require From You:
-
Photos and Videos of your property
-
Sketches: Any hand-drawn or digital sketches.
-
CAD Files: Detailed drawings, including elevations and layout plans.
-
Survey Data: Available site surveys or measurements. (Optional)
-
Ceiling Plan or Master Plan (If applicable)
To kickstart your project, please complete "our brief" and upload your design details, including blueprints, CAD plans, sketches, site plans, preferred camera angles, and material choices. Once we receive your information, our dedicated team will reach out within 24 business hours to get things rolling. The more details you provide, the better we can craft the perfect 3D architectural visualization for you.
STEP 1 - INFO AND DRAWINGS

We streamline the creative process to ensure your 3D design is tailored perfectly to your needs:
-
Initial Model Sharing
We provide an unrendered 3D model for your review and invite your feedback. -
Reference Gathering
Share reference images or design inspirations to guide us in achieving accurate and personalized results. -
Enhancements for Realism
Once you approve the model, we elevate it by:-
Adding materials and textures for a lifelike finish.
-
Populating the scene with realistic details like furniture, roofing, and flooring.
-
Setting up custom lighting to create the ideal mood and atmosphere.
-
This collaborative approach ensures a stunning, photorealistic 3D visualization crafted to your vision.
STEP 2 - Review and Refine the 3D Model

-
Choose Camera Angles
Select the ideal angles to highlight your project’s best features. -
Review Materials & Textures
Ensure your chosen materials and textures are perfectly applied. -
Final Adjustments
Provide feedback for any last refinements before we deliver your photorealistic 3D visualization.
This step guarantees a flawless design tailored to your vision.
Step 3: Perfecting Your 3D Design

We’ll send your completed 3D images or videos through a secure download link, formatted exactly how you need them. It’s all set up to be easy and hassle-free for you!
Payment:
To wrap things up, we kindly ask for full payment before delivering the final files.
Once that’s done, your high-quality visuals will be ready to bring your vision to life!

Got any questions?
We iterate with you before rendering until you approve the design. Once you say Render Go, we lock the model and produce finals that match what you approved.
You can request unlimited refinements during modeling within the agreed scope. This includes furniture and prop adds or swaps from our library with placement, existing material and texture swaps or your licensed assets with parameter or UV tweaks, lighting and mood adjustments including time of day and HDRI, camera framing and field of view including depth of field and level, entourage placement and density, minor dimension nudges that do not require geometry rebuild, and labels and overlays.
Yes. Those are re-renders. High quality rendering takes hours. Post render changes are billed per image or animation. We confirm scope and provide a quote before we proceed.
We create a Camera Board first that includes angles, height, and focal length. You select the views. We design for those views. Additional views can be added as scoped enhancements.
Yes. We are based in New Hampshire, United States. But our process is fully online. We meet by chat, phone or video call, exchange files through your client portal, manage approvals and status in one place, and deliver your finals digitally. This keeps communication fast and your project organized.
You receive a secure Arch 3D client portal that is dedicated to your project. Inside your portal you can access a branded space, see a project overview and the activity we share, upload and download files and documents in one place, view invoices in a billing tab and pay online, and if enabled see a tasks view for high level progress. You can log in at any time to check status, invoices, and documents.
We can start with Sketches. Ideally, CAD or BIM files such as DWG, RVT, or SKP, or PDFs if those are not available. Finishes and material references, brand or style cues, your prioritized views, and deadlines. Please appoint one decision maker and provide batched feedback per review cycle
Industry standard tools such as 3ds Max, Revit, and SketchUp, along with professional render engines.
Same business day reply, Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Eastern Time. Most messages are answered within about 2 business hours. After hours or weekends, we reply by ten in the morning Eastern Time on the next business day. For urgent items, mark URGENT.
A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due before delivery of final renders or animations. We will send you one rendering preview before final payment. Full payment must be received before we deliver all final renders and animations.
At your Render Go approval. That locks the scene for final production. After that point, design changes are treated as re-renders or change orders, quoted in advance.
Design Lock is the point right after your Render Go approval when we freeze the scene for production. From that moment, modeling, layout, materials, lighting, cameras, and staging are considered approved for final output. Technical fixes are still covered if needed. Any design change requested after Design Lock is treated as a re-render or a change order, and we will quote it before work begins.
After you give your final okay at Render Go, we produce the finals. We consider the order complete when the final renders or animations are produced and delivered. High quality photoreal rendering takes time to compute. To keep things clear, we send one rendering preview before final payment. Full payment must be received before we deliver all final renders and animations. If you request design changes after delivery, those are handled as re-renders and quoted in advance.
Every project is unique. We scope each engagement and provide a clear written quote. This protects confidentiality for high end work while keeping scoping transparent.
Yes. We keep your data secure. We use reputable cloud providers, restrict access to project files, and share only what is necessary for production. If you require a nondisclosure agreement or specific security controls, we can support that.
